1 Definitions and Applicability

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning in the above example, ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after they expire.
• The specific terms of each promotion are listed on the relevant offer page.
• In case of any dispute regarding eligibility for a bonus, the platform's decision is final.

5.3 VIP Weekly Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their net weekly losses. Bronze members receive up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5% cashback. For example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets placed at ba999 baji are considered final, unless a bet needs to be voided due to a technical error or obvious mistake. The platform's decision on accepting or voiding any bet is final.

6.2 Game Results

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Limitation of Liability

ba999 baji will not be held responsible for the following:

• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.

However, if any loss occurs directly due to a technical fault on the platform's end, the platform will review the matter and consider appropriate compensation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ba999 baji platform — logos, graphics, text, software, design, and other elements — is protected under intellectual property law. Copying, distributing, or republishing any content from the platform without written permission is prohibited.

Users may view the platform's content for personal and non-commercial purposes, but commercial use or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10 Changes to Terms

ba999 baji reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users through their registered contact details.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes indicates that the user has accepted the new terms. Users are therefore encouraged to review this page regularly.

11 Account Closure

11.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any user may choose to close their account. To do so, they must contact the support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account can be withdrawn before closure.

11.2 Closure by the Platform

In the event of a terms violation, the platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. Any bonuses or earnings obtained through a terms violation will be cancelled.
